02Ordering and the contract

You send an order through the form on the site. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by phone or email, within 24 hours at the latest. Until then you can freely change or cancel it.

03Prices and payment

Prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD) and are final: the seller is not registered for VAT. Shipping at the courier’s rates is added and paid by the customer. You pay by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard) on the site, cash on delivery to the courier, or by bank transfer after we confirm the order.

Card payments are processed by Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd. You enter your card details on the bank’s secure page, with Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check verification. Confidential data is transmitted encrypted (TLS) and is never available to the seller. Your card is charged in Serbian dinars (RSD).

The order amount is reserved on your card when you pay and only charged once we ship your parcel. Right after paying, successfully or not, you receive an email confirmation with your order number and the transaction status.

04Production and delivery

Prints are made in 3–5 business days. Courier delivery within Serbia takes 1–2 business days. We confirm the exact timing when we confirm your order. We only ship to addresses in Serbia.

05Refunds

If you cancel your order before it ships, the reservation on your card is released and nothing is charged. How quickly the reserved funds are released depends on the bank that issued your card.

If goods are returned and a customer who paid by payment card is refunded, in part or in full and for whatever reason, the refund is made only through the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard payment methods: at our request the bank returns the funds to the cardholder’s account. If you paid cash on delivery or by transfer, we refund your bank account.

06Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the piece, without giving a reason. Just send us a clear statement by email (e.g. "I withdraw from the contract for order no. …", with your name, address and date of receipt).

Return the piece within 14 days of sending the statement, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your statement, and may wait until the piece arrives back.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to your specifications (e.g. a unique signal from your date, number or coordinates), as they are clearly personalised.

07Complaints

We are liable for any non-conformity of the piece for two years from delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, email a photo to filiporastovic@gmail.com within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost to you. We reply to complaints within 8 days and resolve them within 15 days at the latest.

08Copyright

All works are protected by copyright. A purchase gives you a physical print for personal use, not the right to copy, reprint or sell the work.

09Disputes

We resolve disputes by agreement. As a consumer you also have the right to out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, in line with the Serbian Consumer Protection Act.
